Local Delivery Schedule

Customers will receive an auto-generated email upon payment.

All local deliveries are complimentary and despatched via our designated 24-hour courier service, TA-Q-BIN (http://sg.ta-q-bin.com/).

Version 2 Singapore will call and confirm with customers on desired delivery timings prior to despatch and a delivery email containing the Tracking Number will be sent.

Exchange Policies

In the event where Version 2 fails to deliver the correct products, a re-delivery will be made via our 24-hour local courier service at no additional charge. This applies only when the products are in unopened condition with all original packaging. Affected customers can contact us via email or phone (see Contact Information below).

We seek your assistance to verify all orders before Checkout as errors arising from inaccurate orders placed will result in a chargeable re-delivery where customers will need to bear the costs.

2 methods of re-delivery are available as follows. Should an order contain products of both categories, only the 24-hour local courier service may be opted so as to ensure product quality and condition during delivery.

International Deliveries


Customers will receive an auto-generated email upon payment and we endeavour to despatch all packages through Singapore Post by the next available working day.

An email containing the Tracking Number will be sent and delivery duration will depend on destination countries. For details, please refer to Singpost’s website (www.singpost.com.sg).

Please note that Version 2 Singapore cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to packages upon despatch from our premises.


Customs/Import Duties

International customers are considered importers and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the orders are received. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once the package reaches your country. If that happens, additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We cannot predict or control what these charges may be, as they vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Also, we are required to show the accurate value of the items directly on the package.
